We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges if they choose to ship the product to our office or they can return the product to our office in person.
If you received free shipping for your purchase, we will deduct the amount we paid for shipping from your refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and other issues If there is a damaged product or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
