Receive free shipping on all skincare orders over $100 and receive 2 free samples customized to your skincare needs.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at orders@healthyskincentre.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges if they choose to ship the product to our office or they can return the product to our office in person.

If you received free shipping for your purchase, we will deduct the amount we paid for shipping from your refund.
