An evidence-based program designed to help women navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence, clarity, and results.

The Healthy Menopause Program is a partnership between you and Dr. Lili Nasseri, a board certified family physician and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). You will receive a full assessment including: a review of symptoms, a physical exam, blood tests if required and menopause hormone therapy and other prescriptions as needed.

Dr. Lili Nasseri will address the physical, emotional, and aesthetic changes that accompany menopause, because how we look profoundly influences how we feel.

Menopause Consultation and Personalized Treatment Plans

Expert menopause care designed to help you understand your symptoms, balance your hormones, and feel like yourself again.

Healthy Menopause Comprehensive Consultation, 1 hour duration

• Review of your medical history, lifestyle, diet review, risk factors for heart disease and osteoporosis
• Physical exam
• Blood work as required
• Prescription for Menopause Hormone Therapy
• Annual Plan recommendations for hormones, lifestyle modification and vitamins
• 1:1 individualized education for improving health, quality of life and disease prevention

The Healthy Menopause Consultation is a comprehensive 40-minute in-person visit with Dr. Lili Nasseri. During this appointment, Dr. Nasseri will take the time to understand how perimenopause is affecting your health, wellbeing, and quality of life, followed by a focused physical examination. Blood work may be ordered if indicated, and a personalized Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT) treatment plan and prescription can be initiated during the visit.

A 20-minute follow-up appointment is included approximately one month later, either in person or virtually based on your preference, to review your lab results, assess your response to treatment, and discuss any changes in your symptoms since starting hormone therapy. The total cost for these two visits is 650$.

For patients seeking continued personalized support, we also offer ongoing monthly follow-up care with Dr. Lili Nasseri throughout the year. Our three Annual Healthy Menopause Membership Plans allow patients to choose the level of individualized 1:1 care and guidance that best aligns with their needs and goals. The purpose of these ongoing visits, is prevention, healthy skin and ongoing well-being. As your hormones will fluctuate, so will your needs. We want to be there with you, every step of the way.
