An evidence-based menopause care program led by a board-certified family physician and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). The program delivers comprehensive clinical assessment, hormone therapy management, and personalized treatment planning for women in perimenopause and menopause.
Comprehensive Consultation — 1 Hour
Your consultation includes a full clinical assessment with Dr. Lili Nasseri:
- Review of medical history, lifestyle, diet, and risk factors for cardiovascular health and bone density
- Physical examination
- Blood work as clinically indicated
- Prescription for Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT) where appropriate
- Annual care plan covering hormones, lifestyle optimization, and supplementation
- Individualized patient education for long-term health and disease prevention
- Structured as a 40-minute in-person visit followed by a 20-minute in-person or virtual follow-up
Program Options
Patients may book a standalone Comprehensive Menopause Consultation or enroll in an Annual Healthy Menopause Care Plan, which includes monthly follow-up visits with Dr. Nasseri over 12 months. Care plans are tailored to individual clinical needs and goals.
To determine the right option, patients are welcome to schedule a brief information session with one of our Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs).

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges if they choose to ship the product to our office or they can return the product to our office in person.
If you received free shipping for your purchase, we will deduct the amount we paid for shipping from your refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
